At the Palace Grill, our entire staff has one goal: to give our guests an extraordinary dining experience each and every time they visit. In addition to our authentic Cajun cuisine, we are known for our impeccable attention to detail and service, which has won us best service for 36 consecutive years.  We like to use the “team service,” which Nation’s Restaurant News called, “an idea whose time has come.” To top off your dining experience, we also like to have a nightly staff and guest sing-a-long to Louis Armstrong’s iconic, “What a Wonderful World” or Dean Martin's "That's Amore"

Historically we have flown our staff to New Orleans so that they can experience first hand, the culinary magic of the city that inspires us so much. The mixture of different flavors and different people are what makes the city of New Orleans so spectacular, which is what we try to emulate each day in our food and in our service.

The Palace has been a place where many have enjoyed food together over the years, including five U.S. presidents and celebrity chefs like Julia Child and Wolfgang Puck. We have been featured in dozens of national publications, including Gourmet Magazine and USA Today.
